The first step in the process is to discuss the project scope. This involves reviewing a description of the design concept, materials, desired views, and time schedule.
Please email to us a set of preliminary drawings which include floor plans, elevations, site and landscape plans, and details.
A brief proposal for architectural modeling and rendering services will be forwarded to the client for review and signature.
Upon acceptance of the proposal, material samples are shipped or scanned and emailed to us, along with any additional details describing the design.
The computer model is created using 3d Studio Max, several perspective views are generated and forwarded to the client for review and selection.
After addressing all comments, the final high-resolution renderings are completed. The image is refined and enhanced in Adobe Photoshop.
